Warranty Information
Every MR ALKALINE WATER® Reinforced Glass Bottle Carrier is inspected before it ships. If your carrier arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper installation.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue.
